Graphic Designs

• Same-day designs will incur an additional fee.
• A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required before the project commences. Upon completion of the project, the remaining 50% of the project cost becomes due. If a client makes a 50% deposit and then seeks a refund before the project is finished, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and the customer is not required to pay the remaining 50%.

Website Designs

• Any changes required after project completion will incur an additional fee at our hourly rate.
  
• A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required before the project commences. Upon completion of the project, the remaining 50% of the project cost becomes due. After the final payment has been received, if the client does not wish to enroll in our maintenance packages, Steen Graphics will initiate the transfer process of the website/application to the client's designated hosting environment or platform.
• If a client makes a 50% deposit and then seeks a refund before the project is finished, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and the customer is not required to pay the remaining 50%.
• If the client misses an appointment without adequate notice, the client will be given five business days to provide feedback; if this grace period has ended without getting thorough feedback, the project is put on hold and subject to a re-opening cost to resume work on the website.
• We provide maintenance packages for your website or application. Additionally, if a customer chooses on-demand website or application upkeep, that choice is also welcome and will be charged at our hourly rate.
• You, the client, have the option to administer your website/application yourself after it is launched. In this scenario, complete control over your website/application will be given to you. Then, you will be in charge of everything relating to your website/application. Once the website has been transferred, Steen Graphics will NOT be held responsible for any loss or inadvertent deletion of the website.

File Types

Steen Graphics provides the file types for all completed designs, which include JPEGs, MP4s, PDFs, and PNGs. Our formal handover DOES NOT include layered materials such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.

Our payment methods include:

NB: We DO NOT take cash or check payments.

Termination of Collaboration

Steen Graphics has the right to sever business relations with any client we regard as unfit for a successful collaboration. Regardless, before the collaboration is officially terminated, we will complete all agreed-upon and already paid-for services. Among the grounds for withdrawal include, but are not limited to:

• Disrespect
  
• Unaccountability
  

Working Hours

All communication will always be done within our work hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
Unless otherwise expressed, we do not communicate on weekends or holidays.
